  • AI Usage Data: includes credit consumption, model preferences, and API request metadata for our AI proxy service.

  • To provide and maintain our service, including provisioning cloud servers
  • To authenticate you and manage your account
  • To process payments and manage your credits and subscriptions

4. Data Security

We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorized way, altered or disclosed. In addition, we limit access to your personal data to those employees, agents, contractors and other third parties who have a business need to know.

Your authentication is handled securely through Google OAuth, and we do not store your Google password. Payment information is processed securely by Stripe and is never stored on our servers.

5. Data on Provisioned Machines

When you provision a cloud server through Clawdy, you are responsible for the data stored on that machine. We do not access, monitor, or backup the contents of your provisioned servers unless required for technical support that you explicitly request.

The authentication code (X-Auth-Code) used to secure access to your machines is stored securely and transmitted over encrypted connections.

6. Data Retention

We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.

When you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data, except where we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory purposes.

Under certain circumstances, you have rights under data protection laws in relation to your personal data, including the right to:

  • OpenRouter: For AI model API access
  • Cloudflare: For content delivery and security
  • Vercel: For hosting our web application

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and authenticate you across our platform. These cookies are necessary for the service to function and cannot be disabled.

We use cross-subdomain cookies (on the .clawdy.app domain) to provide seamless authentication between your dashboard and your provisioned machines.
