Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Clawdy, we want you to be completely satisfied with our service. This refund policy outlines the circumstances under which you may request a refund for your subscription or credits.

2. Subscription Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your Clawdy subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. To be eligible:

  • The refund request must be made within 7 days of the original subscription purchase date
  • You must not have provisioned more than one machine during the refund period
  • Refund requests after 7 days will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis at our discretion

If you cancel your subscription after the 7-day window, your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.

3. AI Credits

AI credits used for model API access through our proxy are generally non-refundable once consumed. However:

  • Unused credits: If you have purchased credits and have not used them, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase
  • Service issues: If credits were consumed due to a platform malfunction or error on our part, we will refund or restore the affected credits
  • Bonus credits: Promotional or bonus credits (such as referral bonuses or sign-up credits) are not eligible for refund

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team with the following information:

  • Your account email address
  • The date of the purchase
  • The reason for the refund request
  • Any relevant transaction or receipt details

Send your request to hey@clawdy.app. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.

6. Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service
  • Charges resulting from unauthorized use of your account due to failure to maintain account security
  • Requests made more than 30 days after the original purchase

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this refund policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
